Victor Cruz shocks NY Giants, NY Jets, and Monday Night Football

Exterior view of the new Meadowlands Stadium a...Image via Wikipedia
Victor Cruz, a little-known 6-1 200 pound free agent from Massachusetts reportedly said this before the Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets, to open the New Meadowlands Stadium:

"There's definitely a rivalry. You always want to beat them…actually you kind of always want to beat the crap out of them."

Then Victor Cruz went out and did it. Shocking the New York Jets, The New York Gisnts he plays for and the ESPN Monday Night Football broadcast crew, not to mention the crowd, Cruz six catches for 145 yards and three touchdowns.

Cruz first touchdown catch was a circus one-handed grab for a 64-yard score (from Giants.com):

Now, the New York Giants, who won the game 31 to 16, are rich at wide receiver and have to figure out who they're going to get rid of to make sure the free agent trash-talker who can back it up stays on the team.

Rooney Mara Lisbeth Sanders"The Girl with Dragon Tattoo" by Suzannah B. Troy

Rooney Mara is to play Lisbeth Sanders in the Americanized, "The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo".
Why do I care?  BECAUSE I LOVE THE BOOKS!!!!!!!!!  The Swedish actors are superb and I do not think the Americanization of it will be as good....it was as if the Swedes were born to play the role and I keep dreaming they will take on the role and do a TV series -- a long extended one with all the details.  I tell you why in YouTubeland I love Lisbeth Sanders so much!!!!!

That being said, I will run not walk to see David Fincher's film version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.  Original title:  The Men Who Hate Women" which is a powerful true theme as are all of messages Stieg Larsson was sharing with his audience.  Sad and shocking he died not knowing what a success his books are and that his live-in love who has book 4 on her computer has been cut out of the royalties by his father and brother who treat her like some of the bad asses in the book treat Lisbeth!

I have a YouTube series on the book and movie but here is just one!  The rest you can look up in YouTubeland.  Thanks for tuning in.

Doug Biviano for Assembly! Media doesn't cover challangers! post by Suzannah B. Troy

When it Comes to Reporting on Government,

Our Press is Dysfunctional Also

Doug Biviano, candidate for NY State Assembly, asks a simple question of the local media:  “If you want to throw the bums out for what they have done to our state, why are you not following the candidates who are challenging the bums?” Biviano is so frustrated about the media’s lack of ability to perform its primary function of informing the public that he decided to make a short Michael Moore-type film about it

View Biviano’s Online Video

The film shows Biviano visiting and being turned down by almost every major media company in the city, in his quest to get the press to cover his campaign.  Biviano’s odyssey demonstrates that not only does the press refuse to cover the small handful of challengers running this year, they are not even open to discussion or debate about their decision.

Biviano is not an insider like most candidates running for office nowadays. He is just an average working guy who is outraged at what Albany has done to our State and to our families.  Biviano needs the press to inform the voters of his integrity and his creative ideas for how to fix Albany.  He does not have family ties to connected politicians, or lobbyists and special interest groups supporting him financially.  He has no personal fortune to help him run for office and to pay for the endless mailings needed to win election.

He is forced to run against a government funded incumbent who gives out member item money to community and senior groups for political support, and uses her Assembly staff and mailings in her campaign.  Biviano believes that it is the fault of the press that this vicious cycle of corrupt insiders controlling Albany is never broken.  The media blackout prevents independent challengers from getting their messages across to voters.

Biviano’s film starts out in the graveyard of Trinity Church where the father of modern journalism, John Peter Zenger, is buried in an unmarked grave.  Zenger was jailed in 1732 for trying to inform New Yorkers of the truth about their government, which should be the primary function of any journalist.

The film shows the NY Times editorial board hanging up on Biviano while he is in the lobby of the Times office building asking to speak to them about the May 16, 2010 editorial which said that if Albany did not fix itself up, New Yorkers should vote out incumbents - Jobs for Albany’s Do-Nothings.  Biviano wanted to tell the board that it was their 2004 editorial “Casting A Meaning Vote,” which encouraged him to run his uphill campaign against a well entrenched incumbent.  Doug wanted to tell the Times that his opponent, Joan Millman, as chairperson of the Election Law Committee is responsible for knocking dozens of challengers off the ballot every year.  Doug believes that if those candidates who were knocked off the ballot over the last several years were allowed to run, a few would have won and gone on to Albany and fixed many of the state’s corruption and dysfunction problems.

At the Daily News Biviano wanted to talk to the editorial board about the three editorials written in the past year, calling Millman a “scoundrel” for having deceived her constituents by cutting the MTA budget in Albany, while protesting the transit agencies threats to cut the student Metro Cards in her district.  One, Two and Three.  The Daily News would not meet with Doug, despite the fact that on July 26, 2010 they listed his opponent Joan Millman, as one of the ”Albany Bums to Throw Out.”

When Biviano visited 30 Rock (WNBC TV), he was told to make an appointment with the assignment desk. When he called the desk, they refused to see him or schedule a meeting.  He wanted to discuss with Gabe Pressman his article “A Culture of Corruption in Albany” the long time journalist had posted on the station’s blog describing most Albany elected officials as corrupt.

At NY1 Biviano was told that if he wanted coverage, he should create an event. Biviano replied that the campaign IS the event.

Biviano believes that today’s press, like Albany, is at best dysfunctional, at worst willingly protecting the insiders in government.  Why else would the press report on the corruption and dysfunction in our state government, but not cover the rigged election system and the few challengers who are able to get through it?

“This generation’s journalists and publishers have failed to keep the public informed,” said Assembly candidate Biviano.  “This failure means that more New Yorkers will lose their jobs, education and senior services will face additional cutbacks and most dangerous of all, it virtually guarantees that Albany’s problems will grow worse as incumbent after incumbent is reelected.”

“Perhaps not all the circulation losses by newspapers are the fault of the Internet,” Biviano continued.  “I think it has to do with the trend towards soft, fluff, gossip-type coverage and the lack of ability to inform the public as John Peter Zenger did almost 300 years ago.”

Doug Biviano believes that without a properly functioning free press, our Democracy and nation are in trouble.  He has decided to run to get this message out, to protect his family and to protect you.

Please join the fight:

Christine Quinn insincere hypocrite St. Vincent's & tax payers by Suzannah B. Troy

The New York Post

Christine Quinn had no problem voting herself a raise when the NYPD's starting salary was lowered.    She takes huge kickbacks aka campaign donations from developers so she comes as a complete insincere phony.  She is Mike Bloomberg's mini-me which means she is pro-developers, screw the people.  She has sucked the tax payers dry with high priced defense attorneys that specialize in White Collar Crime including approving the high of Sullivan & Cromwell, the same firm Goldman Sachs for her staff all at the tax payers expense.  Her staff are known to be more interested in their BlackBerrys than the displacement and community crushing development by NYU, Columbia and Cooper Union and Donald Trump.  Who does Christine Quinn think she is kidding?

Scarlett Johansson David Fincher please no Dragon by Suzannah B. Troy

Gate Crasher of The New York Daily News reports Scarlett Johansson may be a shoe in for the American version of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.   Please say it isn't so.   Why?  Scarlett Johansson is a talented beautiful woman but she is not equipped or perhaps too equipped to play the role.

She would have to lost about 50 pounds to play Lisbeth Sanders and her male fan base which is very large would not approve.  Noomi Rapace, the Swedish actress who plays Lisbeth is so superb truly she is Lisbeth.

If David Fincher wanted to get this film just right he needs to fly to Sweden and court Rapace.  Noomi Rapace is the female Johnny Depp.  She lost weight for the role so she had "no curves".   There is a reason Lisbeth Sanders has no curves and Scarlett Johansson has too many curves for the role.

Michael Nyqvist who plays Mikael Blomkvist is Mikael Blomkvist.   David Fincher cannot find any actors better than these two Swedish actors to play the role.  Truly the way to go is to make the 2nd version of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo in to an HBO series....a very long series starring the original 2 actors with the high quality of a BBC production.

Whom ever Fincher casts as Lisbeth Sanders must be small, very slender to the point of almost anorexic but in great athletic shape.  Scarlett Johansson could never pull off  the Lisbeth Sanders role and she is very talented.  I remember her first film Manny and Lo.

Lisbeth Sanders is a spectacular woman character so I was disappointed the title "Men Who Hate Women" was translated as "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" bcause Lisbeth is all woman.  The series of books deal with misogyny 101 exposing the usual ways hateful men and their gal counterparts attempt to neutralize powerful women by saying they are crazy, lying about them and of course there is always violence.  In telling you this I have not given any of the story lines away but an important theme that better not get lost in the "Americanization" of the film.

The film is very important because it does address misogyny, prejudice and much more.  Lisbeth Sanders is a techno-savvy hero from the 21st century with a touch of  Charles Bronson - Death Wish.

Here are three YouTubes I have made about Stieg Larsson's books and films.  I show you me talking about "The Girl Who Plays with Fire" so you can see right away how I feel about Lisbeth".

Craigslist Killer Philip Markoff kills himself by Suzannah B. Troy

Philip Markoff killed himself in prison today and his victim Julissa Brisman's family is reeling from the news.  Markoff's "self-murdered" on what would have been his one year anniversary to finance Megan McAllister if he had married her.Markoff committed suicide and it was gruesome.  I read some where a prison guard thought his higher education in medicine and understanding of anatomy  gave him an edge over other prisoners but he sliced himself up --  I heard two different reports -- one he slit his wrists and the other there were wounds to his legs but the bottom line was his suffocated himself with a bag over his head and there was also a lot of blood.

As a woman that has a blog called "Misogynist NYC" I have a different take on this gruesome "self murder" than other reports you read.

I can't imagine how the family of his victims felt when they were given the news but today perhaps they felt some relief or justice that he actually murdered himself.

On my Misogynist blog I talk about the hostility and violence is directed at girls and women.

We are warned to be careful of strangers as children and getting together with men has it's risks but his fiance, Megan McAllister thought she knew him and she was clearly wrong so do you really know people?  How are murderous people able to hide their dark sides or are there red flags that people are missing.

By the way I read The New York Post every day and the reporting on corruption in NYC politics and State and City government is tops but the newspaper has to be the most misogynist paper in New York.
The header for the report on Markoff, "Masseuse murderer dead in jail".  If there is a way The New York Post can demean and degrade a woman dead or alive the paper will do it.

Julissa Brisman was a beautiful young woman and she did not deserve to die this way.  I have license in massaged therapy and I worked very hard to get it.  I have massage babies to people with AIDS and even given gentle massage therapy to people dying so.  In NYC we insist on the title "massage therapist".  Of course The New York Post want to sexualize and sleaze it up and maybe even subtle put the blame of her own death on her.

The New York Daily News reports Markoff robbed escorts believing they would not report him to the police but Brisman fought back so he killed her.  Even now this story seems unbelievable.  I am sure some screen writer is busily writing a script right now to pitch.  I would not want to watch a movie on this horror story but it is a cautionary tale.

If he had not been caught and kudos to the police and investigative work that got him behind bars than perhaps he would have continued his successful facade as finance and married McAllister only to murder her down the road.  He successfully hid his true nature from his fiance so although we are warned to be careful of strangers -- you have to be judicious of people you know -- or should I say people you think you know.

Mike Bloomberg NYU "Inside Lobby Work" dirty deals by Suzannah B. Troy

Read the article which exposes two part times commissioner for mayor Bloomberg for being full time and lobbyists.    Joseph Goldstien writes:

"Landmarks Preservation Commissioner Margery Perlmutter is on New York University's payroll to lobby for the school's large-scale expansion -- which first needs a green light from Perlmutter's commission, according to lobbying records."

and

"Perlmutter and two of her colleagues at the Bryan Cave lobby firm have been paid more than $42,000 by NYU to lobby the Landmarks Commission and seven other agencies for approval to build in the heart of Greenwich Village. Among its plans is a 385-foot skyscraper."

The conflict of interest committees is the biggest joke in town and by the way king Mike appoints the people who refuse to do their job.

I have had words with Mike Bloomberg twice in my life and both at city hall.  The 2nd time was caught on YouTube, "Mayor Mike Bloomberg gives Suzannah B. Troy the thumbs up as she yells "Oust the king!" City Hall".  The first time I did not know how corrupt he was and so committed to NYU's expansion at the expense of the community  along with Amanda the peoples Burden, his socialite mega-millionaire city planner.  I asked mayor Bloomberg to come visit the E. Village, Lower East Side and Bowery and he said he did and last time he mentioned how much he supports NYU and he said the people nearly lynched him.  NYU rents a pink building on the Bowery next to the homeless shelter and has signs asking them to not loiter in front of their dorm.  Visit 120 East 12th Street and see the facade of St. Ann's from 1847 like an albatross reminding views NYU has ruthlessly torn down our historic buildings as NYU mega dormed the East Village to death.  Thank you to The New York Post for exposing so much corruption but when is there going to be a trial?  See my 2 new YouTubes Mike Boomberg trial? and Christine Quinn for mayor Mike's mini me.  If you want Mike Bloomberg for a 4th term vote for Christine Quinn.  She takes huge kick backs aka campaign donations from developers.

Christine Quinn is no Jane Jacobs who fought for the people.  Christine Quinn has sold her soul and the people of New York to developers like Mike Bloomberg but he did more buying than selling.

Note:  New Yorkers are calling me and stopping me in the street asking me what is happening with the NY City Council Slush found scandals?  I bring all this up because reading this article in The New York Post and also being asked questions about slushy city council members as well as city council members stealing tax payer money the question is are any high ranking city officials going to jail any time soon?

Here I am calling  State Attorney's Office Southern District and telling my YouTube audience about it.

Thanks to True New from Change for sending me this article from The New York Post.

President Obama supports Mosque by WTC by Suzannah B. Troy

President Obama said:

"Let me be clear: as a citizen, and as President, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country," the President said to applause from the 90 guests at a White House dinner Room celebrating the holy month of Ramadan.

If only it was that simple.  Yes, we are all agreed we believe in religious freedom.

I wrote this previously in response to a New York Post editorial on their piece about Mayor Bloomberg telling New Yorker to shut up on the Mosque debate.

No Mike Bloomberg people are not going to shut up because the wounds are still open and very raw. Yes we believe in religious freedom but please explain how the WTC is still an open wound. Many can remember the smoke that would melt rescue workers' shoes. If the smallest piece of DNA was found people finally had the most minute something of a loved one.

How excruciating is that Mike to have to hope for the most infinitesimal DNA to find a love one and they are still finding remains so no Mike, people won't shut up. I do not  know why a Muslim group would be so insensitive and if they wanted to help heal and bring people together why not ask for suggestions and feedback. It doesn't sound like rocket science to reach out to a community post 9-11 but it seems this group wants to cause more pain. Do they have right to build yes but does it seem like they want to cause more pain? Yes.

Getting back to President Obama and I know he has a sense of humor so I would loved to have asked him for his thoughts about the gay bar that will be coming to the building next door to the proposed site of the Mosque.  Here is The New York Post article "Erecting a gay bar next door".  Will the members of the Mosque welcome their gay neighbors?

CityTime SAIC part 2 Mike Bloomberg vs. John Liu

Folks:  I got one email and a phone call from 2 concerned New Yorkers responding to my blog posting about Juan Gonzalez's powerful news reporting on CityTime, an Orwellian Time clock I dubbed "The Tax Payers' Titanic" concerned about 70,000 NYC government employees not getting paid on time if we the people of New York are not married to renewing the CityTime contract this September aka handing over $100 million to SAIC when, ehem we are about to head further down in to the budgetary black hole thanks to Albany and City Hall making terrible wrong choices like this one when ehem "some" are not too busy stealing tax payer money.

My caller said that is BLACK MAIL!   I used some other choice words but yes indeed.  My caller got it exactly correct.

Isn't nice to know as NYC's economy tanks and we have more cuts and lay-offs that SAIC is holding 70,000 city employees pay hostage if NYC doesn't sign a 3 year contract with them with a guaranteed pay check of a 100 mill? I thought At&T was hell forcing me so sign 2 year contracts over and over for my IPhones!

Now let us turn our attention to SAIC.  I am an artist and blogger without a press pass.  The dirt I found on SAIC and it is ugly is from Ali Winston's investigative work in her article from City Limits.  Recommended you read the entire article but if you are too busy than read this excerpt.

Besides the size of the CityTime budget, there are questions about the companies who've been contracted under it. Science Applications International Corporation, a San Diego-based consulting firm founded in 1969, is the main contractor for CityTime, under a deal currently worth $348 million (up from the original contract value of $68 million). The company is responsible for research and development for the biometric readers, as well as implementation of the scanners and accompanying network. SAIC is a major government contractor, ranking among the top 10 federal vendors for at least the past four years and raking in $4.4 billion in contractors with the U.S. government in 2007 alone.
~

1 big bad mark: "....But SAIC has also had high-profile problems over the years. In the early 1990s, the company and six of its employees pleaded guilty to making false statements in their handling of work at EPA Superfund sites. "

2nd big bad mark: )

"In 2004, the Pentagon's inspector general faulted SAIC's performance on a contract to rebuild the Iraqi media. "

3rd big bad mark")

The following year, the FBI blamed SAIC for botching the development of the bureau's new "Trilogy" information management system (although the Justice Department inspector general said the FBI deserved much of the blame). And the company was still wrangling into 2007 with the Greek government over whether SAIC deserved full payment for a security system it developed for the 2004 Athens Olympics.

OPA chief Bondy maintains that OPA is keeping a sharp eye on SAIC's performance. "There is a tremendous amount of focus, attention, and energy being put on managing SAIC's delivery of services," Bondy said. Mayor Bloomberg's office also expressed its confidence in SAIC. "SAIC is a large company that does a lot of business worldwide, and OPA vetted them appropriately at the time of their selection and found them responsible," said City Hall spokesperson Matt Kelly."

This is all from Ali Winston's piece and in the next paragraph she gets in to Joel Bondy.

Folks -- hey I am an artist and I am very busy and also very tired trying to get rest ( my rest deficit feels as big as Albany's budget deficit)so you explain to me?

Doesn't Joel Bondy work at City Hall as the head of payroll....when when you read up on his you find out some where along the line he got a consulting fee for CityTime -- I guess before he was made the head of this disaster by Bloomberg but of course no conflict of interest and Joel Bondy is the man I guess that gives up this big lush consulting fees....  I thought I read he got a million dollars for working on this at some point maybe before he started as the city gov head-- maybe I wrong but if so -- I would like to know how many consultants have received a million dollars or more over the years for their advice because their advice it isn't working.

Here is another quote from the Ali Winston piece....
"According to his testimony during a July 2007 court hearing on CityTime, OPA chief Bondy launched his own consultancy and worked as a subcontractor for Spherion on CityTime from 2002 to 2004 immediately prior to being hired by the city. Bondy's biography on the OPA website does not mention this work."     Can someone please tell me why that is?

I am genuinely unclear about Mr. Bondy and a retired city worker Salamone that also works on CityTime and collects a NYC pension!  Lucky Salamone!  If you click on the link Juan Gonzalez writes "Sal Salamone, a former City Hall technology chief, received millions of dollars from the city over the past decade as a private consultant helping to devise a controversial new timekeeping system for city workers."

I just want to know how much Joel Bondy made off of CityTime before he was head of payroll and did he take a pay cut to run the Tax Payers' Titanic?

This very tired artist wants to know!

From time to time I call City Hall on other issues including Mike Bloomberg's Office, deputy Goldsmith's office. but I never gets my telephone calls answered so if you know something you please tell me!

BOTTOM LINE: Yes, the threat of not being able to pay 70,000 employees on time is blackmail.

Maybe it is true that the CityTime is such a mess that if we don't renew and why does it have to be SAIC but yes may not get paid on time.   Of course if any did not these workers would have the right to sue the City of New York.

Why are we married to SAIC and why have we paid so many "consultants" a fortune?

Remember how Mike Bloomberg was recently exposed paying 3  administrative assistance at City Hall an extra salary out of his own pocket?  I just wonder if any city gov. workers are being payed extra in any way shape or form in this way or in another way.

Question:  Can't we find a local NYC whiz kid or technology group to handle CityTime?  Why did we have to go to SAIC in the first place?

SAIC defends their reputation and claim CityTime was a mess when they signed the contract but I notice they are eager to be paid another 100 million dollars plus to continue on and that is not going to be popular with the people with possible budget cuts, fire houses closing, lay-offs, etc.

Stay tuned -- I believe we will be hearing more on this soon....

NYU the evil empire by Suzannah B. Troy

NYU's president John Sexton was reported in the NY Post to earn 1.8 million dollars and that doesn't include plush real estate he must enjoy courtesy of NYU. NYU spends big money beating down our communities law suits. Look at 120 East 12st. You will see the facade of St. Ann's from 1847 hanging like an Albatross around the newest hideous NYU mega dorm. NYU mega dormed the East Village and king Mike Bloomberg, Amanda Burden a socialite mega millionaire we call the wicked witch of the East Village and the people's Burden are responsible for mass displacement of an entire neighborhood called Manhattan-ville for Columbia University uptown. Downtown, Mike, Amanda and John Sexton have done everything but NYU buses and trolleys and trains to move long term community members out to make room for the unwanted expansion of NYU. NYU's greed to shove as many NYU students in to CITY is like a drunk driver behind the wheel of car. Enough is enough!!!!

Go to my blog search engine to read more about the illegal air sale over St. Ann's by the USPS to NYU and the USPS is above the law ditto for NYU -- they got away with it and you can figure out  NYU's motive to push the air sale through without the State of NY examining is this in the best interest of the community.  NYU's attitude is screw the community and their needs we need more and more real estate for our mega dorms.

No wonder John Sexton ran down to City Hall to testify king Mike Bloomberg must have a third term.   Mike Bloomberg is a real estate developer mayor and NYU is a real estate magnate.

Lindsay Lohan out of rehab early? by Suzannah B. Troy

The New York Post reports Lindsey Lohan may get sprung early from rehab.  Why use the word "sprung"?  To underscore she was not there of her own choice.  Lindsey Lohan had not hit bottom and decided she must enter rehab.  It was part of a prison sentence of which she did not have to fully serve and if she gets out early with rehab there is not doubt she will fall back to her old destructive ways.  Why?  She continues to get the message she is special and therefore does not have to talk responsibility.

Besides the many legally prescribed drugs she is alleged to be taking she has been abusing other substances at least according to rumors as well as booze.   Who knows if she was allowed to take prescription drugs in rehab?  Who cares?  Well her family and friends will if she ends up being another young celebrity that dies of a drug over dose or accidentally murders an innocent person while driving drunk.

Lindsey Lohan getting out early for a rehab she was sentenced to is a wrong message to send out to the public and most of all it is the wrong message to be sending to Lindsey Lohan herself.  Keeping her there is the right thing to do.  First it was part of her sentence and secondly doing so may say her life and innocent lives of potential victims she could kill accidentally of course while driving drunk.

Bloomberg vs. Liu $176 million renewal CityTime by Suzannah B. Troy

Juan Gonzalez should win an award for his reporting on CityTime. http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2010/05/mike-bloombergs-citytime-is-tax-payers.html Read my first post which will give you an link to SAIC and federal scandals so why where they called in.
My newest question is why has Bloomberg pushed expansion of this Orwellian Time clock that does not work when he should not have allowed any expansion until the bugs are ironed out and they are many.  CityTime should not be expanded, renewed in Sept. but investigated because of all the convenient consultants w/close to half a million dollar paychecks or more A MILLION dollars for consulting. CityTime is the tax payers Titanic!!!!

Dear Blog Readers:  I have done a long series on CityTime.  You have to go to my blog search engine to read all the postings.  www.suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com

CityTime must not be expanded and yet they have been stealthily do so all summer even though the program does not work.  There are so many glitches that the disaster causes more work and has cost NYC a mega fortune when it was suppose to save money.  Even mayor Bloomberg admits CityTime is a disaster.

Why would Bloomberg and pals not want to stop the bleeding and expansion until this Tax Payers Titanic can be investigated?  Because they are way too many fat cats with deep pockets making big bucks off of this disaster.   CityTime may have set a NYC record for the most highly paid consultants ever and for a failed project.

The mayor would say we have invested so much money we can't back out right now but than I would respond YOU CAN'T EXPAND A PROGRAM that does not work and is gobbling up more of city workers time and is a black hole to the tax payers especially when NYC is heading for tougher economic times.   Bloomberg brings in a republican deputy mayor Stephen Goldsmith to save us money but yet Bloomberg has been pushing the wrongful expansion of citytime all summer further entrenching the program making it even harder for the right thing to be done which is no to a renewal and yes to an investigation of CityTime.

Please make sure to go to my blog to see my many blog postings and also The New York Daily News to read the many articles all excellent investigative reporting by Juan Gonzalez.  In my postings you will find a link to a very important piece by Ali Winston from City Limits which exposes SAIC and federal level scandals leaving me to wonder why they were called in in the first place.

No to an extension of CityTime and yes to an investigation.

Question:  Does it make sense to pay $176 million dollars for 3 more years work when next year NYC government may be laying off workers and closing more fire houses?
