Bernie Sanders Endorses Hillary Clinton, Angers Many Supporters #DNC2016 Bernie Sanders endorsed Hillary Clinton, but in the process of reaching the Worldwide Twitter trends, tweets revealed that he pissed off a ton of supporters. Many of them perceive Clinton as the establishment and that the Democratic Party has become populated and ran by people who are only concerned about their own interests and are corrupt. So Sanders backing Clinton is, for them, the worst of all possible outcomes. Trouble is, they don't deal with another reality. Many of Bernie Sanders' so called supporters just don't vote. Overall, the rate of involvement of young people in voting has been disappointingly low this year. It seems to me that the giant involvement of young voters during the Obama years may have been an aberration, rather than a permanent pattern. And if that's the case, both Sanders and Clinton are in trouble. If young Democratic voters aren't jazzed about Hilary Clinton, and Sanders has endorsed her and pissed them off, there's a chance they could sit on the sidelines in the fall. I have more to say in my video and I look forward to your view.

City Of Oakland Takes Up Ronnie Lott Stadium MOU While Raiders Play NFL Shark Tank On today, Tuesday, July 12th, 2016, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors will take up the 'Memorandum of Understanding' between the Ronnie Lott Group and itself in closed session; The Oakland City Council will meet in closed session one week from today, and then the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Joint Powers Authority will also take up the matter thereafter. From what friends involved in this in different ways tell me, this should be wrapped up by August. What I'm trying to find out is just what “this” exactly consists of. There have been a lot of round-a-bout explanations, but what I've been able to assemble is that Lott and his group would develop about 35 to 40 acres of land on Coliseum grounds and that includes the much-talked-about new stadium for the Oakland Raiders. And that causes us to turn to the Raiders. If you have ever watched the popular show Shark Tank, you know how it works: Mark Cuban and other investors, or “sharks” listen to business proposals asking for a certain combination of money in exchange for a percentage ownership in the firm. So, in that context, Ronnie Lott is Mark Cuban and Mark Davis is working with the Shark for investment help. That's not a bad thing, even though the mainstream media shows its naivete by trying to spin it as if it were. I'm told as of today that Lott's offering $200 million for 20 percent of the Raiders. That means Lott thinks the Raiders are worth just $1 billion, rather than $1.45 billion. So, because of that problem, someone, I believe Mark Badain, has complained and the rant made its way into the media, only some dumbass wrote that it was Lott asking for 40 percent of the team that was the problem – folks that was not the problem. Lott could change this by offering $250 million for 20 percent. Thus, the Raiders would be worth a bit less than the current value, or $1.250 billion – to meet what the Raiders want, Lott needs to come up to $290 million. Lott could settle the issue at $300 million for 20 percent of the team. That brings me to this note: selling a portion of the Oakland Raiders has always been up for discussion. Those insisting that Mr. Davis would never sell part of the team are very mistaken. Stay tuned.
