That, after the intense and unforgettable testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who pointedly said Kavanaugh was the man who assaulted her 36 years ago. By contrast, Kavanaugh's angry, combative, crying, and unhinged testimony did him no favors with anyone save those who wanted to see him get mad, when a calm reserve would have been a better approach.
