In his role as MSNBC’s designated linguistics expert, John was asked to decipher Trump’s speech. Professor McWhorter hilariously compared him to someone’s rather gauche, bare-chested uncle “saying whatever comes to his mind” with a beer in his hand, sitting in a lawn chair, by the pool.
