But some Raider fans think I am against Derek Carr because I predicted that Christian Ponder would start over him and due to his relationship with new offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave. I was wrong. M But my point is systems are more important that any one person. The wrong football system can screw up a player, perhaps for life. The Raiders are making the right moves with Derek Carr. They have created the right system for him to shine.
