That person may even yell at you. That is where you must cut ties. Unless a person or company has a substantial amount invested in your firm, you can't allow such bad behavior. I can tell you from experience that such people will piss off your partners and staff and make life hell on Earth. If you let them. Don't be afraid to push them out. Also make sure you lay down solid contracts that govern your relationship - it's for your own good and the good of your firm. Stay tuned.
