Kelsey Martinez is Oakland Raiders First Female Assistant Coach. Her title is assistant coach in strength and conditioning. Ms. Martinez is a graduate of Colorado State, where she shares firsts with Becky Hammond, the NBA’s first female assistant coach, who is also a Colorado State graduate. Kelsey hails from Pueblo, Colorado and is 26 years old.
