Now, in 2018, I say again they should do lunch for the good of Oakland. The homeless and others need Oakland’s leaders to ban together and not be against each other. Schaaf calling Brooks “Donald Trump of Oakland” helps no one. The issues that Annie Campbell Washington’s announcement of retirement gave light to are petty. We need to move forward.
